As nodal organisation/agency for teacher training in the district, the institute provides the students to gain knowledge, skills and attitude aligned with educational system to establish a dynamic, cooperative and supportive teaching learning environment where cognitive, physicial, mental and emotional development for trainee students are to be ensured. It is our chalenges to establish Continuous professional development of teachers and teacher educators, sound Community linking, high levels of collaboration and communication and effective school leadership to enhance the qualitative and quantitative improvement of elementary level of education in the district with a goal of social equality, trust and values. It is ensured that our students as worthy citizens will always strive to uphold the dignity of our institute and keep its flag ever flying high. I wish our students all success in their endeavours.
